For Commissioners and Local Authorities

Clearspace Learning provides specialist EOTAS provision for complex learners — the cases where standard alternative provision has been unsuccessful.

We work with:

  • Virtual School Heads (Looked After Children with severe EBSA, trauma histories, or prolonged absence)

  • Local Authority EOTAS / Alternative Provision teams (Section 19 statutory duty provision)

  • Educational Psychology services (direct family referrals and LA-commissioned packages)

  • Schools and MATs (pupils at risk of exclusion or requiring interim provision)

What we provide:

  • Intensive 1-to-1 EOTAS stabilization packages (half-day to full-day)

  • Time-limited intervention cycles (6-12 week review points) — not open-ended tuition

  • EHCP contribution (Annual Reviews, TAC meetings, progress reports)

  • Multi-agency liaison and panel-ready reporting

  • Transition and reintegration programmes

Our specialism:

  • Learners  out of school

  • Severe EBSA, PDA, or demand-avoidant profiles

  • Twice-exceptional learners (high ability + significant SEND)

  • Looked After Children with complex trauma histories

  • Young people at risk of permanent exclusion
